Full job description

We are searching for a passionate Cook/Managers to join our fast-paced team!

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu. You will work alongside other cooks to ensure timely and efficient meal service for our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a professional kitchen who is looking to hone their culinary skills and contribute to a successful restaurant operation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Portion and plate food attractively
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Stock and maintain prep areas
Assist other cooks in the kitchen as needed
Learn and adhere to kitchen safety protocols
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a professional kitchen
Experience in preparing a variety of cuisines (a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
