Full job description

The Sales Assistant at TriSon Farms supports the sales team by ensuring efficient order processing, accurate data management, and seamless communication with customers and supply chain partners. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting account management activities, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, while contributing to overall operational efficiency and business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to contribute to our growth while advancing their careers in sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer service
Process daily orders and ensure accurate data entry within internal systems
Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide pricing, sales confirmations, and shipment tracking information
Support Commodity Buyers by entering purchase orders (POs) and providing administrative assistance
Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for Key Account Managers
Analyze sales data and create presentations for customer meetings and internal reviews
Maintain and update customer profiles, including contract pricing, product SKUs, and onboarding documentation
Assist Key Account Managers with reporting, trade show preparation, and customer-related activities
Provide support to the sales team during account managers’ absence
Ensure adherence to food safety, food security, and regulatory requirements, and communicate standards to partners and growers
Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with ERP systems
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards is an asset
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and challenging goals
Outgoing attitude with a passion for top-notch customer service

Wage is based off experience.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
