Atmosphere Plumbing & Heating is a medium sized business in Edmonton, AB T6N 1B2. We are professional, supportive, fun and our goal is to provide customer service beyond the customers expectations. We have multiple businesses running out of the same office which make the office quite busy at times . The successful candidate will be required to work in a SMOKE FREE environment and be able to multitask efficiently.

Office Assistant

Duties: This is primarily a bookkeeping role. If you do not have the necessary experience then please do not apply.

- Must be able to reconcile bank and credit accounts quickly and efficiently

- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
- Maintain and update office records and files.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.

- Payroll assistance and Account Reconciliation is a large portion of this job.

- Bookkeeping

Experience:

- Must have experience with Quickbooks Online. This is a "hit the ground running" position and training on this program is limited.

- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Jobber is a plus but we will train as necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
