The Role
This is a consultative, in-home sales role focused on converting qualified leads into customers. You'll meet with homeowners, assess their needs, design customized window and door solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process from consultation to signed contract.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, sales discipline, and a proven ability to close. You'll need to build trust quickly, uncover customer needs, communicate value, handle objections confidently, and consistently turn opportunities into results.
This is a performance-driven role for sales professionals who are motivated by competition, accountability, and the opportunity to directly influence their earnings.
Key Responsibilities
· Meet with qualified homeowners to assess their needs and recommend customized window and door solutions.
· Lead customers through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement, creating urgency and helping them make confident purchasing decisions.
· Build trust quickly, uncover customer motivations, and effectively communicate the value of Centra's products, installation expertise, and customer experience.
· Develop accurate and professional quotations tailored to each homeowner's needs and budget.
· Engage all decision-makers throughout the sales process and confidently ask for the business.
· Handle objections professionally and effectively while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
· Consistently convert opportunities into sales while achieving and exceeding individual performance targets.
· Maintain flexibility to meet homeowners when they are available, including evenings and Saturdays.
· Accurately maintain customer information, quotations, and sales activities within company systems.
· Contribute to the continued growth of Centra's Edmonton market through exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance.
Qualifications
- A high-performing B2C sales professional with 5+ years of experience closing deals in competitive environments (home improvement, construction, automotive, or other premium sales industries preferred).

- A trusted advisor, capable of educating customers and guiding them through major purchasing decisions with clarity and confidence.
