Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Community Outreach Specialist dedicated to enhancing home care services through proactive engagement and strategic outreach. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and the community, promoting awareness of our home care programs, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring that individuals receive the support they need. Your energetic approach and leadership skills will drive initiatives that expand our reach and impact, creating a healthier, more connected community.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote home care services across diverse populations.
Conduct public speaking engagements at community events, health fairs, and informational sessions to educate the public about available services.
Manage projects related to outreach campaigns, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
Lead recruitment efforts by engaging with potential clients, caregivers, and community partners to foster trust and collaboration.
Collect and analyze data on outreach activities to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes related to community engagement efforts.
Provide training and supervision to junior staff or volunteers involved in outreach activities, fostering leadership development.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in community programs or related fields.
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
Demonstrated project management capabilities with a focus on planning, execution, and evaluation.
Background in marketing or promotional activities to effectively communicate program benefits.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate others toward shared goals.
Experience in data collection methods to track outreach outcomes accurately.
Solid administrative experience supporting program coordination and documentation.
Knowledge of recruiting strategies for community-based initiatives or health services.
Teaching or training experience that enables effective knowledge transfer and capacity building.
