Backyard Brands is a Canadian manufacturer and marketer of premium pool and hot tub care products, including our Dazzle Curated Brands portfolio. We work exclusively through independent backyard leisure dealers across Canada, and we’re serious about helping them grow.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Field Associate to help our Ontario dealer partners grow their business. You’ll spend four days a week on the road visiting dealers across Ontario — from Sarnia to Ottawa and up to Sudbury — helping them execute our marketing programs and roll out initiatives that drive real growth. This is hands-on, field-based work where you’re the face of Backyard Brands in the market.

What You’ll Do

Travel throughout Ontario visiting dealer locations to support marketing program implementation and execution.
Help customers with promotional materials and program rollout.
Follow up with dealers on program performance and gather feedback to keep things moving forward.
Work closely with the Director of Sales to ensure programs are running smoothly and hitting their marks.
Support projects and initiatives that keep our dealer network engaged and growing.

What We’re Looking For

A college or university background in marketing or business is a great fit — but so is someone who has built real experience helping customers grow through great service and support. If you’ve worked in retail, customer service, or any customer-facing role where growth and satisfaction were the goal, we want to hear from you.
What matters most is your attitude, your enthusiasm, and your commitment to follow-through.
Don’t worry If you’ve never set foot in the pool and hot tub industry. We’re looking for your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and attitude for helping dealers grow. The rest — training and AI tools — we’ve got covered.
You have a Valid driver’s license and keen willingness to travel four days a week across Ontario.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in marketing or business is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
