Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused EZ Go Taxi Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage time effectively. This role offers an opportunity to serve the community while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

Safely operate taxi vehicles to transport passengers to various destinations within the city and surrounding areas
Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding and alighting as needed
Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, adhering to scheduled routes and appointments
Handle cash transactions accurately and provide receipts when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate trips and address any concerns

Qualifications

Valid class 4 driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proven experience in driving, preferably in commercial or taxi services
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly
Good communication skills for interacting with passengers and dispatch staff
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, providing excellent service, and working independently in a dynamic environment. Candidates should be committed to safety, professionalism, and delivering a positive experience for every passenger. Important note: Salary isn’t set.
