You as an Office Administrator (Inventory) will:

Assist with processing purchase orders.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing activities.
Perform general office administrative duties as assigned.
Assist with the setup and system entry of new assets, acquired assets, bulk assets, sales and equipment parts
Review inventory and asset request forms to confirm required information, manuals, and photos are provided.
Maintain asset and inventory records in spreadsheets, Texada, and shared drives; communicate new asset and part numbers as required.
Update and verify pricing, bin locations, inventory transfers, adjustments, and checkout documentation.
Maintain and update asset and inventory photos, folders, and naming conventions on the shared drive.
Perform data cleanup activities related to assets, inventory, bulk items, pricing, and inactive part numbers.
Assist with work order creation, updates, and closure as directed.
Maintain the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) database, ensuring all records are current, complete, and properly stored.

Is this the right role for you?

Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field, or one to three years of experience in a similar administrative or operations support role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with moderate to strong skills in Word and Excel.
Experience working with inventory, asset, or ERP systems (e.g., Texada) is considered an asset.
Comfortable working in a shop and office environment.
Ability to organize and maintain large volumes of data and documentation.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.
