About the role

London Audio is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly while maintaining accurate financial records. You'll be a key player in our business — managing purchasing cycles, vendor relationships, and the full accounts payable and receivable processes.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full purchasing cycle, including raising purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, and coordinating with vendors
Oversee receiving of goods and services, verifying accuracy against orders and resolving discrepancies
Process accounts payable — reviewing, coding, and entering invoices and ensuring timely payments
Manage accounts receivable — work with the sales team to monitor and collect outstanding balances
Perform basic bookkeeping duties including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end tasks
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and filing systems
Support general office administration including correspondence, scheduling, and supply management
Assist with ad hoc reporting and financial tasks as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or a similar role
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Solid understanding of AP/AR processes and basic accounting principles
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Nice to have

Experience with Odoo ERP
Experience in a retail, wholesale, or audio/electronics environment
Post-secondary education in accounting, business, or a related field
Bookkeeping certification (CPB or equivalent)
Experience with inventory management systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London, ON
