Position Overview
The esthetician at Post Hotel & Spa provides exceptional skincare and beauty services in a luxurious environment contributing to the well-being and relaxation of our esteemed guests in the serene setting of spa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, body treatments, and waxing.
- Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate skincare regimens.
- Stay informed about current skincare products and techniques.
- Create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere for spa guests.
- Provide information to guests about skincare products and home care routines.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa area.
- Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Adhere to all licensing and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Valid certification as a licensed Esthetician.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred.
- Proficient in a variety of skincare and beauty treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of skincare products and their applications.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a professional and ethical environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to varying schedules.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform esthetic treatments.
- Lifting and moving spa equipment as needed.
