Residential Steep Roofing Technician (Shingle)

Robinson Roof Solutions – Metro Vancouver

Robinson Roof Solutions is growing and looking for experienced residential steep roofers who take pride in doing things properly.

We’re not a churn-and-burn roofing company. We focus on quality work, strong systems, and building a team that actually wants to stay.

What You’ll Be Doing

Installation of asphalt shingles (architectural + premium systems)
Tear-offs, prep, and full re-roofs
Flashing work (valleys, chimneys, vents, skylights)
Working safely on steep slope residential roofs
Maintaining clean, organized job sites
Communicating clearly with crew leads and supervisors

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience in residential shingling (more is better)
Comfortable on steep slopes
Strong attention to detail (this matters here)
Shows up on time, works hard, no babysitting required
Takes pride in clean work and proper installs
Valid driver’s license preferred
