'We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Middleton, NS. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations at DeWolfe & Morse Surveying Limited, supporting our commitment to excellence in surveying and engineering services.'

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling and correspondence.

Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools.

Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and over the phone.

Handle data entry, filing, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Support bookkeeping activities and manage multi-line phone systems.

Assist with organization of documents and proofreading to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with team members to improve office processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience with office administration and Microsoft Office.
