Karigur Bridal is a South Asian bridal couture studio specializing in Pakistani and South Asian bridal wear, wedding wear, groom’s wear, and custom made-to-measure design. Our pieces are designed in Toronto and intricately handmade by skilled Karigurs in Pakistan.
We serve brides, grooms, and families looking for a polished, personal, and high-trust bridal shopping experience. Clients visit us for off-the-rack pieces, made-to-order outfits, and fully custom bridal and groomwear.
We are hiring a Bridal Consultant / Luxury Sales Consultant for our Mississauga bridal showroom to support client appointments, sales, measurements, order intake, and customer follow-up.

Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday availability required; evenings and weekends required.

Role Overview
This is a client-facing bridal sales role. You will work directly with brides, families, and wedding clients during appointments, helping them choose outfits, understand customization options, take measurements, prepare orders, and complete sales.
The right person is polished, warm, detail-oriented, confident in sales conversations, and comfortable working in a boutique luxury retail environment. You should be able to build trust quickly, guide clients through emotional and high-value purchases, and follow up professionally through phone, email, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome brides, grooms, and families into the showroom and create a professional, warm, luxury client experience.
- Lead bridal and wedding-wear appointments from discovery to outfit selection, customization, pricing, and closing.
- Help clients try on bridal wear, formal wear, dupattas, accessories, and related pieces.
- Explain fabrics, colours, embroidery, silhouettes, custom options, timelines, and order requirements.
- Take accurate client measurements and complete custom order forms carefully.
- Prepare invoices, collect payments, and complete sales transactions.
- Follow up with leads and clients by phone, email, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support social media content, inquiries and help convert interested clients into booked appointments.
- Maintain accurate notes on client preferences, orders, measurements, and follow-ups.
- Handle client concerns calmly and escalate when needed.
- Maintain the showroom, fitting areas, displays, and stockroom so they remain organized and presentation-ready.
- Assist with merchandising, visual displays, steaming, organizing inventory, and general store upkeep.
- Stay informed about Karigur products, current collections, promotions, and South Asian bridal trends.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail sales, luxury retail, bridal, fashion, beauty, jewellery, hospitality, or another client-facing sales environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence speaking with brides, families, and groups during appointments.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and guide clients through high-value purchases.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with measurements, order notes, invoices, and follow-up.
- Comfortable with sales goals, closing conversations, and client follow-up.
- Interest in South Asian fashion, bridal wear, Pakistani/Indian wedding wear, embroidery, fabrics, and styling.
- Professional appearance and polished client-service manner.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable using email, Instagram, WhatsApp, POS/invoicing tools, and basic computer systems.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and retail holiday periods as needed.
- Conversational Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, or another South Asian language is an asset, but not required.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move around the showroom during appointments.
- Ability to assist clients with trying on garments.
- Ability to lift, carry, steam, organize, and handle bridal/formal garments with care.

Schedule / Availability
Karigur Bridal Mississauga is open:
- Tuesday to Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Closed Monday
Evening and weekend availability is required. Candidates must be available to work during store operating hours, including Saturdays and Sundays. Because this is a client-facing bridal appointment role, weekend availability is essential.
