Line CookJoin the Pump Group Culinary Team

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while supporting the overall success of the kitchen.

What You’ll DoFood Preparation & Execution

Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation on every plate.
Maintain proper portioning and recipe adherence.
Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Teamwork & Communication

Work closely with Sous Chefs, Head Chef, and kitchen team.
Communicate effectively during service to ensure smooth execution.
Support a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture.

Kitchen Standards

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and stations.
Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties as required.

Learning & Development

Take direction and coaching from kitchen leadership.
Continuously improve skills and culinary knowledge.
Support menu changes, features, and new item rollouts.

What We’re Looking For

Previous kitchen experience preferred (but not required for entry-level cooks).
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and pride in work.
