Job Description
As a valued member of the TFC Development Coaching Team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality on-field soccer programming at TFC | BMO Summer Camp.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute age-appropriate soccer drills and training sessions
Lead and assist with on-field technical development (dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, small-sided games, etc.)
Organize and manage daily games and scrimmages
Provide instruction, feedback, and encouragement to participants of various ages and abilities
Support daily camp operations, including participant check-in/out and overall camper supervision
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive camp environment
Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies
Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Must be able to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Background Check
Must be available for TFC | BMO Summer Camp:

Energetic and charismatic personality — energy is what makes our staff special
Self-motivated and professional
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience coaching or playing soccer is an asset
Previous experience as a camp counsellor or youth leader is an asset
Background in Physical Education, Teaching, or Supervisory roles is an asset
