Full job description

Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our construction crew. We build agricultural structures from the ground up, including framing and steel siding. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with framing, steel siding, and general carpentry tasks on agricultural buildings.
Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors and lead carpenters.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Load, unload, and move building materials as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with framing, steel siding/trim, or general carpentry is preferred.
Ability to read basic construction plans is an asset.
Comfortable working from heights and outdoors in various conditions.
Capable of lifting heavy materials and performing physically demanding tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
Ability to work well with others and follow direction.
