Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting an organized and detail-oriented Bilingual (French & English) Accounting Administrator on behalf of our client, in Moncton, NB. This is a full-time term opportunity covering a one-year maternity leave and offers the chance to join a respected and innovative organization with over 100 years of industry experience across North America.

The successful candidate will support the Maritime Accounting Department and play a key role in financial reporting, project administration, and accounting operations within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Construction job and contract setups in JDE and invoicing
Update, maintain, and report on project budgets and forecasts
Prepare and submit journal entries to support monthly close processes
Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting packages
Support financial system audits with independent audit firms
Liaise with controllers, accountants, managers, and internal teams
Assist with quarterly and year end inventory counts
Process cash receipts for accounts receivable
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Provide administrative support to accounting operations as required

Qualifications & Requirements

Completion of a college program or courses in accounting or finance
Experience in an accounting or related administrative role considered an asset
Strong communication and documentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Fluent in French and English
Experience with JDE or construction accounting systems considered an asset

Schedule & Wages

Full-time opportunity
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
One-year term maternity leave coverage
Location: Moncton, NB
Wage: $24/hrs plus 4% vacation pay
