Your missions

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas, storage zones, and floors.
Manage and sort kitchen waste and recycling according to hotel standards.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety rules.
Report any equipment issues and work with the technical team for repairs.
Support the kitchen team by contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Physical endurance and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Team spirit and good communication.
Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience (an asset).
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset to serve an international clientele.
