In this energetic role, you will be responsible for creating exquisite desserts, pastries, and baked goods that delight our guests. You’ll bring your expertise in cake decorating, food preparation, and baking to craft visually stunning and delicious treats. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods with precision and creativity.
Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, ensuring presentation matches the highest standards.
Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Assist in food preparation tasks including measuring, mixing, and assembling ingredients efficiently.
Package baked goods for service or take-out while maintaining quality and presentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of all pastry orders during busy service periods.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation adhering to kitchen safety protocols at all times.

Experience

Proven experience working in a restaurant or bakery environment, ideally in a pastry or baking role.
Strong skills in cake decorating, food preparation, and baking techniques.
Knowledge of food handling safety standards within the food industry.
Hands-on experience with food packaging and presentation is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills to engage positively with guests and team members.
Kitchen experience demonstrating familiarity with food safety regulations and proper equipment use.
