What you will be doing
- Warmly greet and welcome patients, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
- Provide excellent support to the referring dental and medical community.
- Handle phone calls and emails, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payments, manage billing, and oversee financial transactions.
- Collaborate with dental staff to optimize scheduling and maintain smooth patient flow.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform administrative duties, including filing, ordering supplies, and data entry.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
What you will bring
- Experience providing face-to-face customer service to the general public.
- A positive, welcoming, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a dental office or completion of a dental assistant program an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
