We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support these operations.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly alike. You'll play an important role supporting both warehouse operations and our hydraulic repair shop.
Responsibilities include:
Warehouse & Shipping
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
- Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory
- Supplying parts and materials to the shop
- Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Inventory
- Entering receipts, transfers, and adjustments in our inventory system
- Performing cycle counts and helping investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Keeping bin and location data accurate as stock moves through the warehouse
- Monitoring stock levels and flagging items that need reordering
- Tracking backorders and communicating shortages to Sales and Service
- Processing returns, core exchanges, and damaged or non-conforming goods
- Organizing warehouse locations and materials
- Working closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Service teams
We're looking for people who:

- Previous warehouse experience is an asset—but not required
- Are comfortable with computers and accurate data entry
- Are detail-oriented with numbers — inventory accuracy depends on it
- Experience with an ERP or inventory system is an asset — but not required

Physical Requirements
This is an active position requiring standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and moving materials throughout the day. The role regularly requires lifting up to 50 lbs., with heavier materials moved using mechanical lifting equipment or team lifting practices.

Pay: $38,870.34-$71,306.83 per year
