About Us
All Lined Up Inc. is a new, professional line marking company serving commercial, strata, municipal, and industrial clients across Vancouver Island. We take pride in precision work, our high-end equipment, and showing up on every job site like the best in the business. We're growing fast and we're looking for someone who takes the same pride in their work that we do.

The Role
This is a lead position. You'll be running jobs from start to finish, equipment operation, layout, quality control, and on-site team coordination. If you're someone who can eyeball a parking lot, plan the sequence, run the machine, and leave a job site looking sharp, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating walk-behind line marking equipment.
Laying out and executing parking lot, roadway, warehouse, sports field, and curb markings.
Leading small crews on-site and keeping work on schedule.
Maintaining equipment and reporting issues proactively.
Reading site plans and client specifications accurately.
Communicating job status to management.
Upholding safety standards and traffic control procedures on all sites.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of hands on pavement marking or line painting experience (required).
Must be able to drive and maneuver a trailer.
Demonstrated experience operating high end line marking equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, your lines need to be straight and your job site needs to be tight.
Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.
Ability to read and interpret site plans and layout drawings.
A self starter who doesn't need to be managed on every step.
Professional communication and a client ready attitude.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and occasionally early mornings or evenings.
