Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. You will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their devices are functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Duties

Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including hardware and software problems.
Perform repairs on various mobile devices, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Troubleshoot software issues across different operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows, and MacOS.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering solutions.
Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols during repairs.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in mobile devices.
Assist in retail sales by recommending accessories or services that enhance customer experience.

Experience

Proven experience in computer hardware repair or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with retail sales practices is a plus.
Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems including iOS and Android.
Proficiency in software troubleshooting for various platforms (Windows, MacOS).
Ability to analyze technical issues effectively and provide timely solutions.
Experience working with mobile devices in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
