What You'll Be Doing:

Install, repair, and maintain a wide range of roofing systems (SBS, EPDM, TPO, shingles, tiles, and architectural metal).
Inspect and assess roofing systems for damage or leaks.
Ensure all work meets RCABC standards and local building codes.
Collaborate with fellow team members to complete projects on time and safely.
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment on-site.
Communicate clearly with clients and tradespeople to ensure expectations are met.

What You Bring to the Role

Minimum 2 years roofing experience (low slope SBS roofing and flat roofing experience are assets; however, not required)
Able to get to the office and job sites effectively and on time
Punctual, dependable and hardworking
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
Effective English communication skills
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices related to construction is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
