About the Role

KRT Home Health Care is seeking a dependable, adaptable and creative Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This blended position supports daily office operations, provides administrative assistance to the executive team and coordinates KRT’s marketing and branding activities.

As a small business, our priorities can shift quickly. The successful candidate must be flexible, team-oriented and comfortable assisting in different areas when additional support or coverage is required.

For more than 23 years, KRT has provided kind, reliable and trustworthy home care to individuals and families throughout New Brunswick.

Administrative and Operational Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the executive team and office operations
Assist with employee scheduling and coverage coordination when required
Respond to telephone calls, emails and general inquiries
Support communication and follow-up with employees, clients and community partners
Coordinate meetings, appointments and competing priorities
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting materials
Record meeting notes and track decisions, deadlines and action items
Maintain accurate, organized and confidential company records
Coordinate special projects and assist other departments as operational needs arise

Marketing and Branding Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing campaigns that support company goals
Maintain consistent KRT branding across digital, print and promotional materials
Create and schedule social media content, including graphics, photography and video
Coordinate advertising, brochures, signage and community promotions
Maintain website and digital content
Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance
Support community events, referral partnerships and recruitment marketing

Qualifications

Applicants must have either:

A certificate or diploma in business administration, office administration, marketing, communications or a related field; or
At least two years of relevant experience in administration, office coordination, marketing or communications

Applicants must also have:

Previous experience working in healthcare, home support or a related care environment
A demonstrated record of reliability, consistent attendance and follow-through
Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities
Experience using Microsoft Office and digital platforms
Experience managing business social media accounts
Experience using Canva or similar design software
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information
A flexible, team-focused approach and willingness to assist wherever needed

Experience in employee scheduling, executive support, website management, photography or video creation is considered an asset. Bilingualism in English and French is also considered an asset.
