Job Description:
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and refuses to let details slip through the cracks? We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure every client order is executed flawlessly.
This is a critical role for someone who brings structure, urgency, and accountability to every project. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll act as the operational backbone of the sales process—coordinating between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure orders are accurate, profitable, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
· Own the end-to-end execution of client orders—from creation to fulfillment—ensuring accuracy in pricing, product details, and timelines
· Coordinate with vendors to confirm inventory, production timelines, and shipping logistics
· Manage art proof approvals and ensure client sign-off before production begins
· Partner closely with Account Managers, CSRs, and internal teams to ensure orders are produced, shipped, and invoiced correctly
· Protect and maintain margin integrity by verifying supplier costs, freight, and markups
· Build and manage project timelines (workbacks) to keep all decision makers aligned and on track
· Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure accountability across teams
· Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and product sourcing—ensuring all costs are captured (setups, run charges, packaging, freight, etc.)
· Act as the central communication hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams to eliminate errors and delays
· Execute operational tasks that enhance the client experience (samples, value initiatives, logistics coordination)
· Troubleshoot challenges quickly and provide solutions to keep projects moving forward
· Continuously identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

Compensation Salary:
$45,000 + Commission
