Full job description

Overview

We are currently looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Administrator to support the daily administrative operations. This position plays a vital role in keeping our office functions running smoothly, from accounts payable coordination and payroll support to office management and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for accounts payable processes (excluding posting), including invoice review, vendor verification, and preparation of supporting documentation
Monitor employee attendance and manage timesheet adjustments to ensure payroll accuracy
Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping and accessibility
Manage office supply procurement
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and staff, including correspondence, scheduling, and general office coordination
Assist with compliance-related documentation and record management as required
Take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed to support operational efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
Strong working knowledge of accounts payable processes and payroll support
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new systems and software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
