Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have experience using hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of various machinery and equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including parts used and time spent on repairs.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in equipment performance.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety for all personnel.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or repair work.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers, as well as power tools like drills and saws.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
