Key Responsibilities
Campaign Activation: Lead the setup, execution, and day-to-day management of digital direct campaigns.
Media Support: Oversee media buys activation, while collaborating with various external vendors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with planning and account teams to support multiple lines of business across various portfolios.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and client objectives are met, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset.
Management of digital partners: Serve as a point of contact for key external partners while actively managing day-to-day relationships, coordinate reporting and proactively resolve campaign execution issues to ensure successful delivery.
Data Integrity: Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking, budget pacing, and flawless execution.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience activating digital direct, or programmatic campaigns.
High Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to campaign setup, numbers, and tracking.
Curious & Eager to Learn: An open mind with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to be trained on new platforms and strategies.
Adaptability: The ability to easily pivot and support different campaign types and brands as clients need shift.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners.
Certifications: Certifications in Google Ads, DV360, or other major programmatic platforms are a strong bonus.
