CHEF / BUTCHER / FARM KITCHEN LEAD

Part-Time or Full-Time
Lindsay Lake Farms & Lodge
Musquodoboit Valley, Nova Scotia

From premium bison meat to intimate farm dinners, weddings, special events and our weekend food trailer, we're creating unforgettable experiences around locally raised food.

We're looking for someone who loves cooking, enjoys working with exceptional ingredients and wants to help build something special.

Retired or semi-retired chefs, butchers and experienced cooks are warmly encouraged to apply.

What you'll be doing

Prepare meals for weddings, private dinners and special events.
Help develop seasonal menus.
Assist with butchery and meat preparation.
Prepare products for our Farm Store.
Lead weekend food trailer operations.
Maintain exceptional food safety and kitchen standards.
Help create memorable guest experiences.

What we offer

Flexible schedule.
