Overview
Join our dynamic security team as a Security Guard and become the frontline defender of safety and order. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your proactive approach and keen vigilance will ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and property. Responsibilities

Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the premises
Control access points by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or breaches
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
Enforce safety policies and procedures while managing conflicts or disputes professionally and calmly
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks in shift reports
Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism

Requirements

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
Certifications in first aid and CPR to effectively respond to medical emergencies
Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and experience in conflict management techniques
Strong understanding of security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures
Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public
Physical fitness to perform patrols, respond quickly in emergencies, and conduct inspections as needed
