As a Front Team Member, you are the face of Hankki. You'll welcome every guest with warmth and energy, take orders accurately, and create the vibrant atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

- $16.50 – $18.00/hour before tips/gratuities (Full-time or Part-time)

Front Team Member:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner
- Accurately take orders using our POS system and process payments
- Communicate menu items, promotions, and upsell offerings confidently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at front-of-house and dining area
- Package food orders accurately during busy service periods
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow
- Manage incoming delivery app orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes) accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Front Team Member:
- Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience an asset — not required
- Outgoing, positive personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with basic cash handling and POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, and holidays
No Korean food experience required for either role — we will train you!
