Now we’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Prep Team Lead to join our Dundas team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and takes pride in quality, organization, and teamwork.

What you’ll do

Lead and support the daily prep team operations
Assist with food preparation, portioning, packaging, and merchandising
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are consistently followed
Support training and coaching of team members
Help manage production flow and prioritize tasks throughout the shift
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Provide excellent customer service when assisting guests on the floor

What we’re looking for

Previous kitchen, prepared foods, or grocery experience
Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Food Handler Certification is an asset
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
