Allto Construction is looking to hire Pipelayer / Grademan to join our growing team!

We Offer:

The ideal candidate will:

Have 5+ years experience as a pipelayer / grademan in the excavation and site servicing field.
Collaborate with the site servicing foremen and superintendent to ensure efficient workflow.
Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work meets industry standards and project specifications.
Provide hands-on expertise in water and sewer construction, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Aligning pipes and checking grades during pipeline construction using pipe laser, and rotating laser.
Prepare tools and materials required for pipe installation, ensuring they are readily available when needed.
Measure and cut pipes accurately, ensuring proper fit and alignment during installation.
Pack around pipes as necessary to provide stability and support.
Attend and participate in Health and Safety meetings and trainings as required.
Able to follow direction and work unsupervised.
Knowledge with reading plans and use Trimble GPS equipment.
Excellent reporting and communication skills, written and verbal.
Safety-focused attitude.
Must have transportation and a valid G licence.
