Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Bartenders to elevate our beverage program and delight our guests with expertly crafted cocktails during both dinner and late-night shifts. As a Bartender at our Mediterranean supper club, you'll be integral to creating unforgettable moments for our patrons, whether they're enjoying a leisurely dinner or experiencing the vibrant energy of our late-night scene. We're looking for individuals who are adept at mixology, possess a strong understanding of flavor profiles, and excel in delivering top-notch service even during the most bustling hours.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and engage with them to understand their preferences.
Craft a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity, showcasing your expertise in mixology.
Ensure efficient and timely service at the bar, maintaining high standards even during peak hours.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage orders.
Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor, providing recommendations and personalized experiences to guests.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, adhering to cash-handling procedures.
Stay updated on beverage trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continually enhance our offerings.
Adapt to the fast-paced environment of late-night service, prioritizing efficiency without compromising quality.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with attentiveness and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume establishment is essential.
Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, including classic and contemporary recipes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
Proficiency in handling cash transactions and using POS systems.
Smart Serve certification is required.
Must be available to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required.
