Experienced Brow & Lash Technician

Shio Studio is looking for an experienced Brow & Lash Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is confident in their craft, professional, personable, and passionate about providing clients with beautiful results and an exceptional experience from beginning to end.
This position is best suited for an experienced artist who takes pride in their work and is looking for a professional salon environment where quality, client care, and attention to detail are taken seriously.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Has a minimum of 3 years of professional brow experience, either working in an established salon/studio or independently with an established body of work
- Has strong customer service and people skills
- Communicates with clients in a polished, respectful, warm, and professional manner
- Is fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset
- Is reliable, punctual, organized, and professional
- Maintains excellent sanitation, hygiene, and workspace standards
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work
- Is confident working with different brow shapes, hair types, skin tones, and client preferences
- Is comfortable receiving feedback and continuing to develop their skills
- Works well as part of a team and contributes to a positive salon environment
- Understands the importance of representing a professional beauty brand both inside and outside of the studio
- Having an existing clientele is a strong asset, but is not required
Required Experience
Applicants should have professional experience and be confident performing:
- Brow lamination
- Hybrid brow tint
- Traditional brow tint
- Eyebrow threading
- Brow mapping and shaping
- Lash lifts
- Lash tinting
Facial and/or body waxing experience is a strong asset.

We are specifically looking for an experienced technician, so this position is not intended for applicants who have only recently completed certification or who still require foundational training in the services listed above.
