Job Type: Full-Time | 40 Hours per week

Epicuria is a well-established culinary company specializing in high-quality prepared foods and catering. We are seeking a Chef Garde-Manger to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on role for a passionate chef with a love for detail, presentation, and cold kitchen creativity.

What You'll Do

Prepare cold items including salads, hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie, terrines, pâtés, aspics, soups, and sauces
Wash, chop, and portion fresh ingredients with precision
Plate and present visually stunning cold dishes and platters
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in portioning and quality
Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and labeling
Uphold sanitation and safety standards in all areas of the kitchen
Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare for service and events

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (Garde-Manger experience preferred)
Culinary diploma or certificate is an asset
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with French culinary techniques is a plus
Food safety knowledge and a commitment to cleanliness
Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
