About the Role
Trim It All Inc. is seeking a senior-level Sales Representative with experience in millwork, trim, doors, and hardware to join our team.
This is a precision-based sales role focused on accuracy, clarity, and execution — not just volume.

You will be working within sales systems and documentation standards that are actively being implemented and standardized across the company.
We are in the process of strengthening structure, consistency, and execution across departments. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating within evolving systems and contributing to a more disciplined, process-driven environment.
This role is critical to ensuring what is sold can be executed cleanly, accurately, and profitably.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing inbound sales opportunities from initial inquiry to approved handoff
- Reviewing plans and preparing accurate take-offs (trim, millwork, hardware, installation scope)
- Building detailed, accurate quotes based on confirmed specifications
- Communicating clearly with clients on scope, pricing, and revisions throughout the quoting process
- Supporting walk-in customers and smaller projects that require quick turnaround and attention
- Assisting the sales team by handling take-offs, quotes, and client communication on projects not owned end-to-end
- Ensuring all drawings, selections, and documentation are complete and current
- Following company procedures for deposits, invoicing, and documentation handoff (processed by Admin)
- Preparing fully execution-ready handoff packages for Project Management
- This role plays a key part in supporting the broader sales team and ensuring no opportunity — large or small — is missed.

- Delivering clean, complete handoffs with minimal downstream issues
- Protecting margins through strong attention to detail
- Operating confidently within defined systems and processes, in an environment where consistency and adoption are actively being strengthened
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 5-10 years of senior-level experience in millwork, trim, doors, or hardware sales
- Strong experience with technical quoting and take-offs
- High attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment and committed to following established systems and standards
Preferred:
- Experience in construction-related sales environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Word, DocuSign, ERP systems
- Experience working with document management systems (e.g., Stack)

Compensation
- This is a full-time salaried position
- $55,000-$75,000 based on experience and industry background

You’ll be supported by a consistent inbound pipeline , allowing you to focus on execution, accuracy, and client service rather than lead generation.
