Coop Embrun est une coopérative située dans l'Est de l'Ontario qui sert ses clients dans les deux langues officielles. Description de poste

Relevant de la directrice de la division Moulée, ce poste est responsable de la réception des commandes, de la gestion des stocks et du stockage approprié des produits. Ce rôle implique également de fournir un excellent service client à nos clients et membres. Même que ce role est principalement un rôle d'opérateur pour l'entrepôt, il passerait également au rôle de chauffeur-livreur au besoin.

Devoirs et responsabilités

Tâches d'entrepôt :

Être un modèle d'excellence en service à la clientèle ;
Travailler dans diverses zones de l'entrepôt qui comprendront la réception et le traitement des produits ;
Utiliser divers types d'équipements avec une formation fournie ;
Entretenir et organiser l'entrepôt ;
Adhérer aux politiques et procédures de santé et de sécurité de l'entreprise.

Tâches de chauffeur de livraison :

Utiliser en toute sécurité les véhicules de l'entreprise pour livrer les produits aux endroits désignés ;
Assurer une livraison précise et dans les délais, en vérifiant l'exactitude de la commande et les quantités ;
Collaborer avec les employés de l'entrepôt pour charger et décharger efficacement les véhicules de livraison ;
Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnelle lors des livraisons ;
Tenir des registres de livraison précis.

Le candidat idéal

Possède de grandes compétences en service à la clientèle ;
Possède une expérience en entrepôt ;
Possède une licence DZ avec un bon dossier de conduite ;
Possède au moin 3 ans d'expérience DZ ;
Possède de grandes compétences en communication orale et écrite ;
Répond aux critères d’assurance de l’entreprise pour l’exploitation des véhicules de classe DZ ;
Est bilingue - Français / Anglais ;
Possède d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles et une attention aux détails ;
Doit être capable de soulever jusqu'à 25 kg.

Job Description

Reporting to the Feed Division Director, this position is responsible for receiving orders, inventory management, and storing materials appropriately. Additionally, this role also entails providing excellent customer service to our clients and members. Although this role is primarily an operator role for the warehouse, it would also transition to a delivery driver role as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse duties:

Be a model of excellence in customer service on behalf of Embrun Co-op.
Work in various areas of the warehouse which will include receiving and processing of product.
Operate various types of equipment with training provided.
Maintain and organize the warehouse.
Adhere to the Company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Deliver Driver duties:

Safely operates company vehicles to deliver products to designated locations.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery, verifying the correctness of order and quantities.
Collaborate with warehouse employees to load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery records.

The Ideal Candidate Will

Possess great customer service skills.
Have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience driving DZ-class vehicles.
Meet company insurance criteria for operating DZ-class vehicles.
Be bilingual - French / English.
Possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Must be able to lift up to 25kgs.
Possess warehouse experience.
Possess a DZ licence with a clean driving record.
Possess great communication skills both orally and written.
