Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Wax Specialist to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while performing body waxing services in a clean, sanitized environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in skincare and retail sales, helping clients feel confident and cared for during their visit.

Duties

Perform body waxing services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and safety
Provide customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments and work areas
Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations to enhance their experience
Manage retail sales of skincare products, waxing supplies, and related items
Keep treatment rooms organized, sanitized, and well-stocked for daily operations

Requirements

Prior experience in body waxing or esthetic services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
Ability to work efficiently while ensuring client comfort and safety during treatments
Retail sales experience or interest in skincare products is a plus
Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
