We’re looking for Hosts to be the face of a high-performing restaurant and help elevate the guest experience from the moment they walk through the door. The Role:
As a Host, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional first and last impression of the restaurant. You’ll warmly greet and seat guests, manage reservations and flow of service, and ensure the front door runs smoothly and efficiently. Your presence sets the tone — creating a welcoming, organized, and hospitality-driven environment for every guest.
You will:
- Deliver a warm, efficient, and organized guest experience at the front door.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow to support smooth service.
- Greet and seat guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Communicate clearly with the team to maintain pacing and awareness of the floor.
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience from arrival to departure
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists while optimizing table flow
- Greet, seat, and thank guests with a friendly, polished, and professional approach
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area
- Communicate effectively with management and service teams to support smooth operations
- Anticipate guest needs and provide accurate wait times and information
- Assist with coordinating large parties and special requests
- Help resolve guest concerns at the door and escalate when needed to ensure satisfaction

- Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not required
