Our client, a well-established and respected organization based in Clarke's Beach, NL, is seeking a highly professional Executive & Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior executive. This permanent, full-time position combines traditional executive assistance with occasional personal assistant responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be comfortable managing changing priorities, anticipating needs, and providing responsive support. They will be someone who takes pride in staying organized, demonstrates initiative, and is readily available to assist with evolving priorities as needed.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:

Prepare correspondence, letters, reports, and other business documents
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and related logistics
Manage email correspondence, calendars, and expense submissions
Run occasional business and personal errands, including post office visits and purchasing required items
Maintain an organized office environment and ensure administrative tasks remain up to date
Travel to St. John's as required (using a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement)
Assist with additional administrative duties and special projects as required

Experience & Attributes for Success:

Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to St. John's when required
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remain productive during quieter periods
