Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that enhances the shopping experience for our valued customers. In this energetic role, you will engage with shoppers, provide expert advice on our diverse product range, and ensure our store remains inviting, organized, and well-stocked. Your enthusiasm and customer-focused attitude will drive sales and foster lasting relationships, making each visit memorable. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding and selecting clothing, footwear and accessories that suit their style and preferences.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions, handle cash and electronic payments confidently, and issue receipts
Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring shelves are fully stocked with attractive presentations
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Collaborate with team members to uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and overall organization

Skills

Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth transactions
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Experience in retail sales or cashiering with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to organize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with social media for online advertising is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members alike
