Pinnacles FC is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will take the reins of our club operations and drive the future growth of youth soccer across the Southern Okanagan from Peachland to Osoyoos, while working out of our office in Penticton.
Working closely with our Technical Director, Administrator, Coaches, and Board of Directors, you will be the operational heartbeat of the club—ensuring every player, coach, volunteer, and family experiences soccer at its best.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Club & Financial Management
- Working with the Treasurer, build and manage the yearly budget.
- Monitor operational expenses and forecast requirements.
- Report operational budget performance.
- Act as the decision-maker on day to day club operational needs.
Field & Facility Leadership
- Determine field requirements and coordinate municipal field bookings.
- Secure indoor facilities and manage facility permits.
- Resolve field conflicts and coordinate field preparation, lining and turf requirements.
- Maintain operational relationships with municipalities.
Game & Practice Scheduling
- Working with the TD, build game and practice schedules.
- Coordinate league schedules and schedule changes.
- Allocate fields.
- Provide final schedules to Administration for publishing and member distribution.
Community Operations
- Recruit and manage community coordinators.
- Support coordinators and coordinate program delivery across communities.
- Coordinate local operational requirements.
- Maintain operational municipal/community relationships.
Tournaments, Camps & Major Events
- Lead tournament operations, camp logistics and exhibition-game operations.
- Coordinate fields, facilities, referees, equipment, volunteers and event scheduling.
- Coordinate sponsorship activation and event logistics.
Equipment & Uniform Management
- Manage equipment inventory and conduct stocktakes.
- Determine equipment requirements with Technical.
- Coordinate procurement, storage and distribution.
- Coordinate uniform distribution.
- Ensure community programs have required equipment.
- Order medals and awards.
Referee & Officiating Logistics
- Determine referee requirements.
- Recruit and coordinate referees.
- Assign referees and manage weekly referee schedules.
- Confirm availability and coordinate officials for tournaments and events.
- Manage the referee scheduling platform/process.
Volunteer & Risk Management
- Identify volunteer requirements.
- Recruit team managers and event volunteers.
- Coordinate volunteer deployment and volunteer coaches with Technical.
- Ensure required volunteer onboarding steps are completed.
Marketing & Communications Support
- Coordinate sponsorship activation and execute sponsor deliverables.
- Coordinate event marketing and program promotion with Administration.
- Working with the social media coordinator, help build exciting and informative social media posts
About Pinnacles FC
PFC is a community-rooted, non-profit soccer association that has been dedicated to training young athletes in the South Okanagan since 1954. Serving over 1,500 players annually, the club provides age-appropriate programming designed to build strength, skill, coordination, and character. As a proud member of both BC Soccer and Canada Soccer, PFC operates extensive grassroots recreational and competitive streams. Its regional reach spans multiple vibrant communities, including Penticton, Summerland, Oliver, Osoyoos, Peachland, and Keremeos. Backed by licensed professional coaches, dedicated staff, and passionate volunteers, Pinnacles FC is committed to fostering an inclusive, high-achievement athletic environment while building a deeply connected sports culture throughout the region.
Timeline to Hire

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
