Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented LEAD House Cleaner to provide exceptional residential cleaning services. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in clients' homes, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Candidates should be fluent in English, with French language skills considered an asset. A positive attitude and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to achieve high standards of cleanliness
Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare light meals or snacks as requested by clients, demonstrating basic cooking skills when needed
Maintain organized work areas and ensure all cleaning tools are properly stored after use
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and needs
Provide excellent customer service by being punctual, respectful, and attentive to detail
Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Uphold hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Experience

Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
Ability to perform light physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing repetitive motions
Experience with laundry services and basic cooking is advantageous
Demonstrated reliability with good time management and punctuality
Customer service experience is beneficial for ensuring client satisfaction
