What You’ll Be Doing

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the business
Assist with financial administration, data entry, invoicing, and document organization
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and day-to-day office operations
Support communication between office staff, management, and operations teams
Assist with payroll, purchasing, reporting, and other administrative functions as needed
Help keep processes organized, efficient, and moving forward
Take initiative in identifying areas where systems and organization can improve
Pitch in with general operational support and team coordination when needed

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2+ years experience in administration, office coordination, finance support, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Someone who is naturally calm, dependable, patient, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a practical, hands-on farming environment
Strong foundational understanding of administration and finance processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while staying organized and composed
Strong communication skills with a respectful and collaborative approach
Someone who takes pride in helping others and supporting the overall team
Agriculture experience is considered an asset, but not required

Nice to have (assets)

Farming/agriculture experience or comfort working around agricultural operations (asset only)

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
