What You’ll Work On
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. You will:

Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through execution and closeout

Develop project scope, schedules, cost estimates, and execution strategies

Manage risks, issues, and changes while maintaining alignment with project objectives

Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams

Oversee contractor performance, contracts, and vendor relationships

Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
-
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project execution
Must-Have Skills
-
5–10+ years of project management experience in engineering, construction, or EPC environments

Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects

Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management

Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
Nice-to-Have Skills
-
PMP certification and/or P.Eng. designation

Experience in nuclear, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
-
Familiarity with project governance and stage-gate processes
