Non-Prime Finance Manager — High-Earning Opportunity

Westcastle Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for an ambitious, driven, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Non-Prime Finance Manager.
Previous finance experience is NOT mandatory. However, a minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience is required.
If you're an automotive salesperson who understands how to build relationships, knows how to close, and is ready for the opportunity to significantly increase your earning potential, this could be the position for you.
Full training will be provided in-house. We'll teach you the finance side of the business, lender programs, deal structuring, compliance, and everything you need to succeed.

THE LEAD OPPORTUNITY IS HUGE

You will have access to multiple sources of potential customers, including:
Purchased Leads
We actively invest in purchasing additional automotive leads to create new opportunities and keep our sales pipeline moving.
Thousands of Internal Dealership Leads
You'll have the ability to work through thousands of existing internal dealership leads and customer opportunities. These are customers already in our database who may have purchased previously, submitted an inquiry, considered a vehicle, or otherwise interacted with the dealership.
This creates a massive opportunity for someone who is willing to work the database, follow up consistently, and create their own business.
You won't simply be waiting for deals to walk through the door.
You'll have a large pool of customers to work, re-engage, qualify and convert.
AI-POWERED FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT
We're also investing heavily in technology.
Our dealership utilizes an AI-powered follow-up tool designed to help you work your opportunities more effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Managing non-prime and sub-prime finance opportunities
- Working with lenders to secure approvals
- Structuring finance and lease transactions
- Presenting and selling finance and insurance products
- Building strong customer relationships
- Working purchased leads and internal dealership leads
- Re-engaging inactive customers and previous opportunities
- Following up consistently with prospects and unsold opportunities
- Working closely with the sales team to maximize every deal
- Maintaining accurate deal documentation
- Ensuring lender and dealership compliance
- Maximizing gross profit while delivering an exceptional customer experience
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED:
- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
- Highly motivated by income and performance
- Strong follow-up skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- A competitive, positive and team-oriented attitude
FINANCE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.
We are willing to train the right automotive salesperson who has the drive, work ethic, personality, and desire to succeed.
FULL IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROVIDED
