We are seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant, with some related experience.

Située au cœur de l’Île Perrot, notre bureau est à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une ambiance de travail exceptionnelle de type familiale vous attend! Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) Adjointe Administrative, avec expérience similaire.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to / Les responsabilités comprennent, sans s’y limiter:

Create, revise and send all company purchase and sales contracts / Créer, réviser et envoyer tous les contrats d’achat et de vente de l’entreprise;
Review, update, maintain and distribute all company/supplier/customer technical documents / Examiner, mettre à jour, et distribuer tous les documents techniques de l’entreprise, du fournisseur et du client;
Support Logistics staff, with daily logistical and documentation tasks / Soutenir le personnel logistique, avec des tâches quotidiennes de logistique et de documentation;
Provide support to Sales and Logistics Departments / Fournir du support administratif aux départements des ventes, et de la logistique;
Answer and direct phone calls, open and distribute mail, order office supplies, prepare samples, and other admin functions / Répondre et transférer les appels entrants au besoin, ouvrir et distribuer le courrier, commander les fournitures de bureau, préparer les échantillons, toutes autres tâches administratives.

Requirements / Exigences requises:

Proven experience in administration, customer service, documentation. Frozen food import/export industry experience would be considered an asset / Une expérience avérée dans l'administration, service à la clientèle, documentation. Expérience dans l’industrie de l’importation et de l’exportation d’aliments surgelés serait considérée comme un atout;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) / Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Excellent time management skills, multi-tasking, and the ability to prioritize work / Excellente compétence en gestion du temps, polyvalente et capacité de prioriser le travail;
Team-player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills / Esprit d’équipe avec une attention aux détails et des compétences de résolution de problèmes;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English, with some French required / Excellente aptitude en communication écrite et verbale, surtout en anglais avec quelques exigences en français.

We offer a group insurance after 3 months of service. Working hours are from 8:30 to 5:00PM from Monday to Friday. Six sick days are paid a year. Small office of 7 people.
