Jasztex est un important recycleur et transformateur de fibres de non-tissé et de textiles.

Résumé du poste :
Le titulaire de ce poste est responsable de la production selon les exigences de sécurité, de qualité, de planification et de production. Il/Elle attribue également des tâches aux employés travaillant sur sa ligne.

Détails du poste :

· Ajuste la machine et produit selon les exigences de la planification, de la production et de la qualité.

· Travaille en conformité avec les règles de santé et de sécurité et informe la direction de toute situation dangereuse.

· Exécute et/ou supervise l'alimentation, le nettoyage, le déblocage ou les réparations/entretien mineurs de la machine (besoin quelques connaissances en mécanique).

· S'assure que la machine reste en bon état et limite les interruptions de travail.

· Enseigne et délègue des responsabilités aux personnes affectées à sa ligne (alimentation, emballage, pesée, étiquetage, etc.).

· S'assure que les formulaires ou tests de qualité sont complétés.

· Collabore avec les collègues et les responsables pour améliorer les processus et la fiabilité des équipements.

· Informe son superviseur lorsque des problèmes doivent être escaladés.

· Aide à résoudre les problèmes et répond rapidement aux urgences.

· Toute autre tâche demandée par son responsable.

Job summary:

The incumbent of this position is responsible to produce according to Safety, Quality, Planning and Production requirements. He is also assigning tasks to employees working on his/her line.

Job details:

· Adjusts machine and produces as per Planning, Production and Quality requirements;

· Works in compliance with health and safety rules and informs management of any dangerous situation;

· Executes and/or supervises feeding, cleaning, deblocking or minor repairs/maintenance of machine (requires some mechanical knowledge);

· Makes sure that machine remains in good condition and limits the interruption of work;

· Teaches and delegates responsibilities to people assigned to his/her line. (feeding, packaging, weighing, labelling, etc.);

· Ensures completion of forms or tests for quality purposes;

· Collaborates with colleagues and managers to help improve processes and reliability of equipment;

· Advises his/her supervisor when problems need to be escalated;

· Helps troubleshooting problems and responds quickly to emergencies;

· Any other tasks required by his/her manager;
